The entire rental process went very smoothly. The owner picked us up from our accommodation, drove us to the pickup location, and then back to our accommodation after returning the car. He was very friendly and eager to help with any questions. We were in constant contact with him via WhatsApp. The car was practically new and in excellent condition; we covered a lot of kilometers without any problems in two days. It also had free WiFi, which also worked flawlessly. I highly recommend it!

I really appreciated that Reynir and/or Ívar promptly responded to my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Their outstanding customer service led me to choose Viking Wheels. Reynir and Ívar truly went above and beyond, even reaching out to check on us and make sure we knew a weather warning was posted for strong winds, ice, and snow. They assured us we were safe as they had equipped the car, a Dacia Duster, with new all season tires, not just standard summer tires.

We loved that the vehicle was a dieseI so it had great fuel efficiency and it handled all the weather and types of roads we experienced. We loved the zippy SUV. It was clean and well equipped with WiFi providing access everywhere we travelled during our 2 week adventure. We have nothing but gratitude and praise for this company and their incredible customer service.

I stayed in Iceland for four months, and for every trip I planned, I used this agency. Their service is truly comprehensive and very affordable. After comparing, it was always the cheapest agency with the services offered (Wi-Fi included, second driver at no extra cost, and pickup and drop-off anywhere in Reykjavik). The owners are always friendly and available at all times if you need information or advice. I highly recommend this agency!
